I’m a coach with a background in psychology and over 10 years’ experience supporting people to develop confidence, emotional resilience and self-worth. I take a warm, supportive and practical approach. I help young people understand their emotions, manage stress, and build positive habits that support both their wellbeing and their performance.
Each session is tailored to the individual, and might include confidence-building tools, reflective exercises, guided discussion, or mindset techniques. I create a safe space where students feel seen, heard and encouraged – always working at a pace that feels right for them. My goal is to help them feel more empowered, capable and ready to face life’s challenges with a stronger sense of self.
