I have worked with children aged 4, to young adults with SEND. I have QTS but disliked the “ticking box” approach- so chose to work as a teaching assistant to support children educationally, socially and emotionally. Therefore, I also have lots of 1-1 teaching experience. I would communicate with clarity and individualise my teaching to the needs of the student.
