Cambridge MEd graduate and examiner with nine years’ independent school experience offering A Level Philosophy tuition

I have spent the past nine years teaching in some of the country’s leading independent schools, helping students to think critically and communicate with confidence. I hold a BA in Philosophy and Education from Durham University, a PGCE and an MEd from the University of Cambridge. As an A Level examiner, I bring a clear understanding of how to meet and exceed assessment criteria, ensuring my students write with precision and insight; a key skill at A Level.

Philosophy can be demanding but, when taught well, it becomes one of the most rewarding subjects a student can study.
