I'm quite a energetic person who can adapt to different peoples minds and how they learn

I explain things in the conventional approach, use real life examples and parallels to appeal and make memorable connections to the topic being taught and immediately consolidate that knowledge just gained with questions of varying difficulty, I aim to tackle a students weakness until their are confident and answer questions on it well, positive reinforcement is a big weapon in my arsenal I'd say, I think the way I can relate and sympathise with students with lower grades would really make students feel more receptive to things I say and also feel better about their own situation in terms of low grades
