I'm currently completing my PhD and have four years of experience teaching university students plus five years of tutoring GCSE and A Level students. I offer maths tutoring for GCSE and A Level.

I can help with all major topics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, probability, and statistics. I focus on building genuine understanding rather than just memorising methods — so you can tackle unfamiliar exam questions with confidence.

I use maths daily in my research, including advanced statistical analysis, so I understand how mathematical thinking applies in the real world. I'm also able to help with the mathematical and statistical elements of other subjects like psychology, biology, and economics.

What I find most rewarding about one-to-one tutoring is getting to know each student's individual learning style and adapting my teaching to suit them. Some students prefer structured, step-by-step approaches; others learn better through worked examples and pattern-spotting. I tailor my lessons to what works for you.
