I coach using active listening, the GROW model and a trauma-informed approach built through community and coaching work — including my own coaching business. I teach by asking the right questions, not giving instructions: helping students set clear goals, build practical habits around focus and time management, and check in regularly so their confidence grows with real progress they can see.
