I have experience in employability, coaching and mentoring individuals to help alleviate the barriers faced in employment, education or
training. My work experience within different industries has enabled me to compose a broad portfolio of well-rounded business skills which adequately compliments my skills and experience. It has also enabled me to hone my communication skills, display my natural empathy and go above and beyond where possible to help those in need achieve their personal goals. As a detail oriented individual with a passion for excellence, I am adept at listening to customer’s needs, and blessed with the ability to build strong rapport with people at all levels. I will offer my services virtually online via zoom or teams. I will have one to one sessions which each client and should they want to work in group dynamics I can also offer that to create a community of like minded individuals. My support is centred around supporting people of all ages interested in education training and employment but find it difficult due to various barriers. I have also experience working with SEND children and understand EHCPs and what is necessary. I will offer CV and cover letter building workshops, interview preparation skills, job searching techniques and confidence and motivation building.

I am a bubbly, kind and caring person who genuinely wants to support those looking to get into education, training and employment but just need some advice and guidance with the necessary skills to make them the perfect candidate for whatever they decide to pursue.
