Italian professional chef providing cooking lesson

I have deep knowledge of Italian food, having worked for several fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants in Italy. I have been teaching and tutoring Italian cooking lessons with always great results. We will be following a full course or you will be able to pick a specific lesson rather than another one. We will discute this together when we first will meet. I will teach you traditional dishes as well as more modern cuisine. I will work on your side and advice you about some great books too, if you want to go a bit deeper inside one of the most important cuisines in the world.
