Maths Tutor teaching GCSE to A-level Further Maths

I am a qualified maths teacher with a BSc in Mathematics (2:1) and a PGDE with QTS through the Teach First Programme. After several years teaching in London, I now focus on private tutoring where I can support students from Year 7 to Year 13 across a wide range of abilities and goals, from securing a solid pass at GCSE to pushing towards top grades at GCSE and A-level. I ensure that lessons are impactful and efficient, with clear progress made each session, placing strong emphasis on good written communication so that students not only gain marks from examiners but also find it easier to tackle challenging problems with confidence. By undoing unhelpful habits, building logical methods, and using problem-solving style questions, I aim to make maths feel less intimidating while helping students develop lasting skills, confidence, and a genuine sense of achievement.
