Life Coaching Skills - Mindset and Mentality from a Double IRONMAN finisher

I am writing to introduce myself and my freelance life coaching, mentoring and tutoring services for university students. I specialise in helping young adults who are navigating the pressures of academic life, supporting them to build clarity, discipline, and a genuine sense of purpose during one of the most important periods of their development.
My coaching approach is centred on identity reconstruction rather than surface-level motivation. I work with students who may appear to be coping well on the outside but are privately struggling with direction, confidence, or destructive patterns. Through structured one-to-one sessions, group workshops, and accountability frameworks, I help them develop the daily disciplines and self-belief needed to create lasting, meaningful change.
My credibility is rooted in lived experience. I have personally navigated periods of feeling stuck, directionless, and let down by traditional support systems, which led me to develop my own practical framework for rebuilding from the inside out. I am currently completing a Life Coaching Diploma and am enrolled in Daniel Priestley’s DENT Business Accelerator programme, ensuring my practice combines real-world insight with professional training and rigour.
