Empowerment coach to enable students who know their subject but importantly cope with stress and nerves to perform at their peak

I am an empowerment coach for emotional resilience. Having experienced stress and exam nerves myself, both as a high achieving student in school and then later in my adult life becoming a Chartered accountant, I personally found coaching completely transformational. I have worked in the NHS as well as privately coaching children towards exam success, dealing with nerves, anxiety and worry.
