Having spent 3 years working at an EAL school I have a sound understanding of teaching English as an additional language as well as all primary related subjects including phonics. I work by using detailed assessments to identify any gaps in child’s learning and target theses areas. I plan engaging lessons and relate these to the child and their interests were possible.
