Recent Oxford Graduate (1st Class BA) offering Oxbridge application and interview tutoring

I recently graduated from the University of Oxford with a First-Class degree in BA Archaeology & Anthropology. Having attended a secondary school that was placed in special measures, I know how transformative the right academic support can be. I received tuition from Oxford tutors as an A-level student, including Personal Statement and Interview Prep. The confidence and encouragement I gained helped me to see Oxford as somewhere I could realistically apply. Having now completed my degree there, I would value the opportunity to provide that same sense of possibility to other students, particularly those who may not otherwise see institutions such as Oxford as being open to them. I have experience providing informal one-to-one tutoring, including supporting learners with additional educational needs. My approach is patient and adaptable: I aim to identify where a student is becoming uncertain, break difficult material into manageable steps, and encourage them to develop confidence and independence in their work, as well as offering revision tips and strategies that have worked for me. I often use analogies and alternative explanations to make unfamiliar ideas accessible, while creating an atmosphere in which students feel comfortable asking questions or admitting uncertainty.
