I am adopting a person centred approach in relationship with students. That means I prefer to offer them autonomy and freedom to express their views. This is how I can offer them an unique and tailored plan of learning. While I am interacting with students I analyse them and identify their positives and based on their strengths I will implement a teaching plan that suits them. I prefer to add games and stories to the teaching process in order to engage the student and also I use analogies from real life go make them understand the concepts.
