Experienced Math Tutor Specializing in Foundations and Accommodating Learning Styles, including ADD

I have decades of experience in tutoring, both online and in-person. Additionally, I have created math solution videos across various platforms and have reviewed answers for math textbooks published by McGraw Hill. My tutoring style revolves around tailoring my approach to align with each student's unique learning style. I frequently observe that some students face difficulties due to a lack of grasp on foundational concepts or because the current material hasn't been presented in a manner that resonates with their preferred learning style. Students with ADD especially appreciate this approach.

I have access to textbooks and teacher guides for the majority of math and science courses in the Ontario Curriculum. Over the years, several of my students have gained acceptance to and successfully graduated from Ivy League Schools.

My academic background covers a broad spectrum of subjects, including mathematics (including statistics), physics, chemistry, biology, and computer hardware and software design. Throughout my studies, I conducted chemistry experiments involving radioactive and hazardous chemicals. While it's impractical to enumerate all the programming languages I'm familiar with, I possess experience in machine language, Fortran, Basic, web languages, Mathematica, Python, Manim, and others as required. Additionally, driven by personal interest, I pursued supplementary courses in chemistry, biology, and engineering physics, with a specific focus on nuclear medicine and reactor technology.

It's noteworthy that I had the privilege of being taught by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Dr. Bertram Brockhouse in courses encompassing experimentation and statistics. Furthermore, co-Nobel laureate physicist Dr. Donna Strickland was a year ahead of me at McMaster University, and we shared many courses under the guidance of the same professors.
