A-Level Science student offering fresh, exam-relevant GCSE tutoring support

A strong academic foundation and love in the sciences have allowed me to continue studying A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Computer Science. I achieved grades 8, 7, 8 in my GCSE Biology, Chemistry & Physics, as well as achieving an 8 in computer science relevant to my current subjects. My teaching approach centres on building genuine understanding of the subject. I'll start by identifying knowledge gaps or misconceptions in the student's learning, using questioning and past paper practice to diagnose this early. I plan to break topics down into clear manageable steps, using analogies, diagrams and real world examples to make abstract concepts sit better; something I know works well because it's how I taught myself trickier topics like organic chemistry mechanisms. I plan to regularly check understanding throughout each session, adjusting my pace and explanations based on student response, using active recall to solidify key exam-specific marking points.
