During my time at Edunova Educational Foundation, I served as both a Mathematics Tutor and Administrator. As a Mathematics Tutor, I taught students ranging from 6th to 12th grade. This role required effective communication, adaptability, and the ability to cater to diverse learning styles. My teaching approach involved simplifying complex mathematical concepts to make them accessible to all students. I prioritized providing additional support to students who faced challenges, helping them gain confidence and proficiency in mathematics. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I took on administrative tasks to ensure the institute's smooth operation. This included record-keeping, scheduling, and managing communication between the institute, students, and parents. My attention to detail and organizational skills were essential for maintaining an efficient administrative system.
