I have a strong academic and practical background in psychology, counselling and personal development. I have completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Child Development and a Level 4 qualification in Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also have practical experience supporting people and helping them develop confidence, resilience and coping strategies. My previous experience in the British Army has also helped me develop strong communication, leadership, teamwork, discipline and interpersonal skills.
