I qualified as a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher in 2018 and also have 13 years experience of self practice. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of Yoga as a means to connect the mind, body and soul. I love to incorporate various styles into my practice, with a blend of classical yoga mixed with a modern contemporary flow, somatic and mindfulness techniques, breathwork and mobility training.
I believe yoga is for every BODY, and I am passionate about offering a range of classes to suit different needs. Whether you're interested in a slower, more mindful practice to soothe the nervous system, or a more dynamic, creative style yoga flow to challenge yourself, I can tailor classes to suit specific needs and requirements in group settings or 1-1 private tuition.
