I have strong subject knowledge in both Mathematics and English, and I have delivered one-to-one GCSE tutoring for the Edexcel exam board. Between April and July 2024, I completed approximately 30–40 hours of private tutoring, focusing on exam preparation, targeted revision, and building student confidence. I have a proven track record of helping students improve their exam performance. For example, I supported a GCSE Maths student who initially lacked confidence and was underperforming in mock papers. Through tailored lessons and guided exam practice, the student not only achieved their desired grade but also developed greater resilience and a more positive attitude towards the subject. My teaching style is highly adaptable. I use visual explanations, step-by-step worked examples, and recap activities to ensure lessons meet each student’s individual needs.
