Native english speaker with a years experience tutoring and teaching English, Maths and Science

I pride myself on delivering fun and effective lessons to all of my students. I have one year's experience as a grade 5 Maths and Science teacher in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).

I worked in multiple public schools teaching varying class sizes (20-35 students). My job involved planning and delivering high quality lessons to students with varying levels of english comprehension. In addition to my teaching position, I also provided private tuition services several times a week where I tutored primary students who range from grade 1-6.

I offer a range of varied lessons, tailored to suit the needs and capabilities of my students and am more than happy to tailor my lessons to suit the individual goals of my students. Depending on the students requirements, my lessons can be focussed on a range of different topics and/or skills.

Lessons could include the following activities (examples shown can be tailored as required):
- Reading comprehension
- Grammar, Spelling and punctuation
- Speaking practice with a focus on pronunciation
- Conversational practice
- Phonics

As a native English speaker who also speaks fluent Spanish, I truly understand the difficulties and challenges that come with learning a second language. I also appreciate the priceless value and reward once you start becoming more confident with the language.
