Hi, I’m Magdalena. I support university students and adults with study skills, motivation, wellbeing and life balance. I am new to tutoring, but I bring real-life experience, empathy and practical strategies that help people stay organised, confident and focused.
I offer support with study techniques, planning, notes, understanding assignments, motivation, mindset and managing stress. I also help with healthy habits, nutrition and training, as I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I am TEFL certified, so I can support with English as well.
My style is warm, calm and motivating. I bring positive energy, patience and understanding, but I also believe in taking real steps to achieve your goals. If you need support, structure or someone to talk to about studying and everyday challenges, I’m here to help.
