My lessons are focused on support, motivation and helping students and adults feel more organised, confident and balanced in their daily life. I support people who need guidance with study techniques, planning, notes, understanding assignments, and managing stress. I am new to tutoring, but I bring real-life experience, empathy and practical strategies that truly help.
During my sessions, I create a calm and positive atmosphere. I listen carefully, ask questions and help you understand what you need to improve. I believe that every person learns differently, so I adapt my style to your goals and personality. My approach is warm, patient and motivating, but I also encourage taking real steps to make progress.
I support students with study organisation, time management, building routines, preparing notes, and breaking down difficult tasks into simple steps. We can work on motivation, mindset, confidence and life balance, especially for people who feel overwhelmed with university or everyday responsibilities.
I also have nine years of experience in training and nutrition. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist, I can help you build healthy habits, improve your energy, and create routines that support both studying and wellbeing. I am TEFL certified, so I can also help with English skills and communication.
My goal is to help you feel supported, understood and motivated. Together we can create a plan that fits your life, your studies and your personal goals. If you need structure, encouragement or someone to talk to about the challenges of studying and life, I am here to help.
In my lessons I focus on building trust and creating a safe space where you can talk openly about your challenges. I believe that progress comes from small, consistent steps, so I help you set realistic goals and stay accountable. My aim is to support you not only academically, but also emotionally and personally.
