Retired Head of Physics, specialty in GCSE Physics

I am a previous head of physics, and have taught for 12 years. Currently, I am taking a break from the classroom, but still have a passion for tutoring and want to continue with that.

I have specialised in GCSE physics for the past 10 years, and marked for the AQA exam board for 5 years. I have a very detailed understanding of all the topics covered in the AQA exam board, and know the different topics that are going to make the greatest impact on individual progress in preparation for examinations on topics.

In my first 10 years of teaching, I also taught all 3 of the sciences to GCSE level, so can offer some assistance with biology and chemistry if that is needed.

I do have a good understanding of some AS level topics as well, particularly particle physics, quantum phenomena, mechanics, and SHM.
