I am a qualified Yoga Therapist with an MSc in Yoga and Yoga Therapy, combining therapeutic yoga knowledge with over 20 years of corporate leadership experience. I have extensive experience delivering both online and in-person yoga sessions, including group classes, private one-to-one therapy, Face Yoga workshops, and specialised programmes for stress management and women’s health.
My key skills include yoga therapy planning, client assessment, adapting practices for different physical and emotional needs, and creating safe, inclusive environments. I am also experienced in teaching beginners, adults with health conditions, and individuals seeking gentle, restorative or therapeutic yoga. My background in IT and corporate environments gives me a strong understanding of stress-related lifestyle issues, posture problems, and burnout.
I teach in a calm, structured, and client-centred way. Each session is adapted to the needs and abilities of the participants, combining breathwork, mindful movement, relaxation techniques, and simple therapeutic practices. I focus on safety, accessibility, and gradual progress, ensuring that students feel supported, confident, and able to practice independently over time.
