I am happy to help students who are preparing their portfolios for University applications/IGCSE/ALevels.

Art and Design will be taught through making, experimenting, and looking at how other artists and designers work. Students will learn new skills through short demonstrations and then get plenty of time to try things out for themselves. They’ll be encouraged to explore different materials, test ideas in their sketchbooks, and develop their own style and creativity. Looking at artists’ work will help them get inspiration and understand different ways of working. There will be regular feedback and conversations to help them improve and develop their ideas. The focus is on the whole process, not just the final piece, so students feel confident trying things, refining their work, and building on what they’ve done.
