I have over 11 years of experience playing rugby at both club and county level, including being scouted by Newcastle Falcons. I hold a Level 2 Sports Science qualification and have experience training others through one-on-one and group coaching sessions. This background has given me a strong understanding of rugby techniques, fitness, and teamwork, as well as the ability to motivate and guide players to improve their performance.
