My lessons are designed to be engaging, practical, and suited to the needs of each player or group. I incorporate small-sided games to make learning fun and to help players apply skills in realistic situations.

I believe in an interactive coaching style — I demonstrate techniques, break them down step by step, and give players the chance to practice with immediate feedback. My sessions are structured but flexible, allowing me to adapt to the group’s progress and energy. I also make sure to include time for reflection and discussion, encouraging players to share what they have learned and ask questions to deepen their understanding and decision-making.
With over 11 years of rugby experience at club and county level, combined with a Level 2 Sports Science qualification, I bring both technical knowledge and a passion for helping players improve. I focus on developing core skills, game intelligence, and physical fitness, while also promoting respect, communication, and teamwork. My goal is not only to help players become better rugby players but also to grow their confidence, discipline, and love for the game. Every session is designed to be challenging, enjoyable, and rewarding, so players leave feeling motivated, excited, and ready to put what they have learned into action.
