Tutoring in humanities and English

I am a university student studying for a BA English who has completed IGCSE English literature, English language and History with grade 9 and have completed IGCSE Religious Studies at grade 8 as well as my A-Levels in these subjects and an Extended Project Qualification on creative writing.

My lessons are tailored to the individual, including those with special educational needs and subsequent reasonable adjustments.

For English Literature and Language GCSE/IGCSE/A-Level sessions:
- I focus on methods
-Analysis, critical engagement, evaluation and explanation
-concision and structure
-Key texts and poems studied in each course
-understanding and answering to the mark scheme
* currently I tutor in all exam boards for each of these qualifications such as Pearson Edexcel, CIE, AQA, OCR…

For History IGCSE/GCSE:
-I focus on content, argument, evaluation and essay writing skills.
- topics on the course
- understanding and answering to the mark scheme
* currently I tutor Edexcel IGCSE in this subject

For Religious Studies IGCSE/GCSE and A-Level:
- I focus on content, argument, evaluation and essay writing skills.
- topics on the course
- understanding and answering to the mark scheme

Lessons are £25 an hour and I am quite flexible in terms of hours, 2hr sessions are also available and the first 1hr lesson with me is free.
