I have planning and resources saved on my system and so will go through my flipchart and email resources beforehand or use whiteboard work. I will also go through the strategies step by step. I will ask them to tell me what they think they should do next. Assess prior knowledge and identify gaps to adapt my planning and teaching to their needs. Provide resources to support their learning that helps to move their learning on and build their confidence.
