I currently run my own Yoga business Hatha Bliss.
I teach classes for beginners to advanced yogis. Plus a class in a Mental Health centre.
I practice Yoga daily but I’m also a keen runner and keep myself a physically and mentally fit as possible through fitness and diet.
My yoga teaching includes, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, restorative, children’s, Mental Health, Kundalini, Chair yoga, Menopause, pre & post natal alongside baby yoga & massage.
I have a strong knowledge of the body, muscle groups, mental health, diet and I create classes for the specific physical and mental needs of my students.
I am a positive and helpful person and very understanding of people’s needs.
I create classes based on your requirements.
For in person classes I will bring blacks, straps, eye pillows and have 2 mats but do encourage students to bring their own.
