I've started training with Orsolya more than 3 months ago, and I can absolutely recommend her. The training sessions start always on time, she is very helpful, and quite observant. (Ez viszonylag keveseket érint, de Orsi anyanyelvi szinten beszél magyarul is)

I started yoga with Orsolya as an absolute beginner as I wanted to try a new sort of physical exercise. She is really professional, kind and patient as a tutor. Her classes include a warm up, streching in addtion to the vaious yoga poses. Due to her experience in India, she provides also some guided meditation therefore I highly recommend Orsolya for everyone who wish to get rid of daily stress.

As a 62 year old spiritual male, and looking for something to assist with my spiritual leanings, I had no knowledge of Yoga and had first time nerves ( not being flexible being one). I was very pleased it was Orsolya who' s knowledge and perception made my experience excellent. Orsolya's calmness put me at ease. I was taught the postures and breathing, and with the information about; diet and nutrition, relaxation, positive thinking. Orsi is one of the most patient and sweetest teacher. She makes sure her students are safe and get their fitness Goals in safest ways. I would recommend anyone who would like join her classes from beginners to Advanced practices.

Wanting to get into yoga but having little knowledge or experience, I decided to take classes with Orsolya. Right from the beginning, Orsolya was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me as a beginner feel very relaxed and at ease. Before the session began, she took the time to learn about my experience level and ability to ensure her class would be as beneficial as possible. Throughout the classes, Orsolya's teaching style was perfect for me, using precise and clear instructions for every pose, with each class feeling like one seamless flow from start to finish. I was able to learn so much in the first lesson alone, without feeling overwhelmed at any point, and I was looking forward to the next class immediately afterwards. I would definitely recommend Orsolya to anyone wanting to improve their yoga, regardless of their ability.

I would highly recommend Orshi.I’ve been working with Orshi for almost a year, via Zoom and SkypeOrshi’s a great teacher, she knows her stuff. She works with integrity and is responsive to my needs. She’s been very patient with me too, as I’ve had injury outside of class which has really slowed down my progress. She’s lovely to work with, an excellent teacher and is true to yoga.
