I offer personalised yoga, barre, and Pilates-based sessions designed to improve your breathwork, build core strength, increase flexibility, and enhance overall movement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, every session is tailored to your level with clear guidance, progressions, and support.
With a background in professional dance and extensive training in yoga (including hot yoga and vinyasa), I bring a deep understanding of technique, flow, strength, and mobility into every class. I also incorporate elements of core conditioning, stretch, and functional movement to help you feel balanced, energised, and confident in your body.
Sessions are available one-to-one online or in person, as well as small or larger group classes. If you’re looking to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and breath control in a supportive and motivating environment, I’d love to work with you.
