My teaching or training style is based around engagement. If the recipients are engaged then their minds are receptive which is when learning is at it's most successful. Patience and the ability to adapt how you are teaching something is imperative to a successful session. My teaching/training to date has been built around understanding my audience and with planning delivering an inclusive, interactive session with clear goals to be achieved both for the student and as their teacher.
