I went to primary school in Aachen Germany. While at the university I did an apprenticeship at Bosch in Stuttgart. I was a teacher and examiner for Goethe Institut exams. After coming to the UK I taught German in English schools preparing students for AQA GCSE. At present, I work at a School in West London where I teach young people ages 12 to 18 preparing them for exams equivalent to GCSE in German.

I have been tutoring online one to one for over 2 years.
I tailor every lesson to your individual needs, whether you're aiming for conversational fluency, preparing for an exam, or improving your grammar and vocabulary.

I enjoy teaching German and use a variety of resources and techniques in my lessons.
I aim to have my students speak from lesson one.

Eugene has taught me German from scratch for over a year helping me to reach A1.2 in that time. I really enjoy lessons with him. He uses a range of various resources which makes the lessons very engaging and gets you to do the speaking. He explains the grammar very well, without going on about it all the time – just the right approach for me. And his pronunciation is as good as native. I can highly recommend him and I am continuing learning with him at A2 level.
