With over 8 years of primary teaching experience-specialising in Year 6 and SATs preparation-I have a proven track record of raising attainment through high-quality, targeted teaching. For example, over the last three years, 95–100% of my pupils have reached the expected standard in maths. My most recent class achieved 95% at the expected standard across Reading, Writing, SPAG, and Maths, with a strong percentage reaching greater depth. I specialise in identifying gaps, delivering focused intervention, and building pupil confidence through clear explanations, structured modelling, and regular retrieval. My sessions are engaging, well-paced, and tailored to the individual’s needs, using formative assessment to guide next steps. I aim to make learning interactive and supportive- combining challenge with encouragement so pupils stay motivated and make measurable progress.
