I am a life therapist and I use my skills to first gain the trust with the person I am working with. Without trust there will be no result. It all starts with how much you want what you want to achieve and the way to go about it. it is a wonderful thing to really understand ourselves and find ways of improvements, aware of how much we can achieve and by working which someone who has the experience to help you move on and hopefully achieve what you want to achieve.
