I am an experienced therapeutic coach and mentor with over 30 years of professional experience supporting people in high-pressure environments. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centred, creating a safe and encouraging space where students feel heard, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential.
I specialise in helping students build confidence, resilience, organisation skills, and a positive mindset. I understand that many studemts experience stress, self-doubt, pressure to succeed, and difficulty managing academic or personal challenges.
Through supportive online sessions, I help students develop practical strategies for time management, goal setting, emotional wellbeing, and self-belief.
My sessions are tailored to each individual student’s needs and learning style. I use a combination of therapeutic coaching techniques, reflective discussion, mindset work, and practical exercises to help students feel more focused, balanced, and confident.
I aim to create sessions that are engaging, supportive, and empowering while encouraging students to become more independent and motivated.
Alongside my coaching background, I hold qualifications in therapeutic coaching and counselling and have extensive experience communicating with and supporting people from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping students overcome barriers, manage stress in a healthy way, and develop the confidence and resilience they need both academically and personally.
