Teacher, lesson aimed to develop fashion design and Adobe skills, Secondary school children, FE, BA students

I am comfortable teaching both online and in the classroom, including hybrid or blended learning environments. I would like to share my knowledge, experience and individuality while also learning from others who share a passion for fashion and digital applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop. I look forward to collaborating with new people, exchanging ideas and engaging with a new community. I would welcome the opportunity to work as a tutor and share my experience through practical, hands-on education. I believe this approach enables students to build confidence, develop technical skills and apply their learning creatively and independently. My aim is to support learners in progressing from understanding new techniques to applying them successfully within their own projects. Collaboration is an important part of my professional practice. I regularly work with teaching and technical colleagues, cross-reference teaching materials, make appropriate amendments to lesson content and introduce additional resources where required. This ensures that learning remains relevant, accessible and responsive to students’ needs, helping learners overcome difficulties and achieve their intended outcomes. I also believe that being approachable and responsive is essential when working with learners of all ages and abilities. I use student engagement and feedback to reflect on and improve my teaching practice. By listening to students, identifying individual needs and adapting my approach, I can provide appropriate guidance and constructive feedback. This helps students recognise their progress, address areas for development and become more confident and independent in their learning.
