Advert description
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor currently studying for a Master’s degree in Physics at the University of Warwick. I specialise in supporting students through GCSE and A-Level Maths or Physics.
I studied Physics, Maths, Chemistry and Further Maths at A-Level, and achieved 9 Grade 9s and 4 Grade 8s at GCSE. Having gone through the GCSE and A-Level system myself not long ago, I understand how challenging and overwhelming it can sometimes feel, and aim to provide support and build confidence through your exams.
Alongside my studies, I’ve gained teaching experience at a secondary school, where I supported students of all abilities in science lessons. I’ve worked with students who lacked confidence, felt stuck, or didn’t think they were “naturally good” at maths and I’ve seen how much progress they can make with clear explanations, patience, and the right encouragement.
My goal as a tutor is to make maths feel simpler and more approachable. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into small, logical steps and explaining ideas in different ways until they make sense. I’m enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely invested in my students improving, not just by memorising methods, but actually understanding why things work.
Whether you’re aiming to secure a strong pass, push for top grades, or build confidence in tricky topics, I am committed to making studying more effective, less stressful, and even enjoyable :)
