With over 18 years experience in the catering industry I have built up a knollage that teaching is always down to the individuals needs, not everyone is the same and requires the same approach. Getting to know the individual and assessing the correct approach requires being able to assess the situation and person or persons to understand there needs. I have mentored many over my years and have found great pride and success in watching them carve out there own careers in the catering industry
