Hello! My name is Ivan

I got QTS and I teach GCSE and A Level Economics in UK and Hong Kong, and my lessons are conducted in Cantonese or English, which helps me support students clearly when needed.
I’m a registered teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Economics, a PGDE in Economics, and a Master of Education in Educational Guidance. I’ve taught in Band One schools and worked as a public examination marker and question setter for Economics, so I understand exactly what examiners look for.

In my lessons, students can expect clear explanations, structured learning, and practical exam techniques. My teaching style is patient, organised, and student-centred, using exam questions, diagrams, and real-life examples to build understanding and confidence. I specialise in Economics exam preparation.
