Science teacher with 15 years experience

I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic Science Teacher with experience teaching Physics, Chemistry and Biology to students of a range of ages and abilities. I am passionate about helping students not only improve their scientific knowledge, but also develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

My experience in secondary, primary and SEND education has given me a strong understanding of how differently students learn. I therefore tailor my tutoring sessions to each individual, breaking down challenging topics into manageable steps and using clear explanations, practical examples and questioning to support understanding.

Whether a student is looking to build confidence, catch up on areas they find difficult, prepare for exams or simply achieve their full potential, I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to make Science more accessible and enjoyable while helping every student recognise their own progress and ability.
