I deliver structured one-to-one coaching focused on behaviour change, anxiety, and building consistent routines. I have supported individuals in improving sleep, exercise habits, confidence and building entrepreneurship.
I am particularly strong at building trust quickly, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where students feel comfortable opening up. My approach is collaborative and draws on CBT-informed techniques, ACT, and principles of Motivational Interviewing (MI). I work on the basis that the student is the expert in their own life, and I support them as a coach to turn insight into action.
Sessions are structured around clear goals, accountability, and practical steps — not just conversation. I provide a supportive but direct environment, helping students build discipline, clarity, and long-term change.
I particularly enjoy working with students who feel stuck, lack consistency, or want to regain control of their routines and direction.
