My sessions are relaxed, supportive and centred around you. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly and honestly, without judgement, whether you are struggling with academic pressure, university life, confidence, motivation, relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything going on around you.

As someone who has recently completed a Master’s degree, I understand first-hand the pressures that can come with A-levels, university and navigating early adulthood. During my own studies, I experienced the loss of my father alongside other significant challenges to my mental wellbeing. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of how difficult it can be to balance personal challenges with academic expectations.

Sessions are conversational and flexible rather than following a rigid lesson plan. We can focus on whatever feels most relevant to you, while working together to identify practical strategies, build confidence, manage challenges and develop a better understanding of your own wellbeing.

Alongside my personal experience, I volunteer as a facilitator with Andy’s Man Club, where I help create a safe and open environment for people to talk about their mental health. I bring the communication, listening and supportive skills I have developed through this experience into my coaching sessions.

My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to listen, understand and help you find approaches that work for you.
