Advert description
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or quietly overwhelmed, you’re not alone — and you’re not failing.
Many students reach points in their education or training where motivation dips, confidence wobbles, or the path ahead feels unclear. You might appear to be coping on the outside, while inside feeling under pressure or unsure if you’re on the right track.
When decisions feel important, clarity matters — yet it’s often the first thing to slip away. What’s often needed isn’t answers, but space: time to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what matters to you.
This isn’t about quick fixes or being told what to do. It’s about making sense of what’s really going on.
I work with students and young adults (16+) navigating key choices around education, career direction, identity, and independence. This might include:
• Feeling unsure about a course, apprenticeship, or next step
• Struggling with motivation, confidence, or self‑belief
• Feeling overwhelmed by pressure, expectations, or comparison
• Managing transitions such as leaving school, starting college or university, or preparing for work
• Feeling capable but stuck or disengaged
Coaching offers a calm, supportive space to talk things through, without judgement or pressure.
Alongside over 20 years’ experience in coaching and leadership, I’ve spent many years supporting young people at important decision points.
I bring a calm, practical approach shaped by real‑world experience of pressure, responsibility, and change, and a genuine respect for how challenging this stage of life can be.
Progress looks different for everyone — from renewed confidence and motivation to clearer thinking and next steps. What matters is finding a way forward that feels achievable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
We start with a relaxed, no‑pressure conversation. There’s no fixed agenda and no expectation to have things figured out. You lead the discussion; I bring questions and tools that help you explore what matters, understand what’s getting in the way, and build confidence in your next steps.
There’s no obligation. If you’re a student who simply needs space to think things through with someone neutral and supportive, we can start with a conversation and see what feels helpful.
