Advert description
I have six years of experience working with young people as both a classroom teacher and a wellbeing coach and mentor.
I hold a master’s degree from the University of Oxford in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy—a practical, skills-based programme that helps develop focus, psychological resilience, and overall wellbeing.
In my sessions, I begin by listening and understanding your goals and current challenges. From there, we work together to create a plan for progress. My approach is largely ecological, meaning we build skills and understanding through real-world, practical challenges that naturally stretch your abilities and confidence.
I primarily work with young people aged 11–21, supporting them in managing the everyday stresses of life, balancing academic demands, and pursuing personal goals beyond study. My sessions are collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping each student grow in self-awareness and self-belief.
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions.
Kindest wishes,
Aaron
