English Tutor able to help with the spoken and written language

Hello, I am a native English speaker. I hold a Certificate in Education and have been a Tutor and Trainer for the past 30 years. My original background is in policing so I am well versed in writing detailed and complex reports. I have delivered accredited courses in Customer Service, Health & Safety, Team Leading, Data Protection, Team Working, Interview Skills, Stress Awareness, Mental Health, Safeguarding & Prevent amongst others.

I have resources for the above courses and I am able to produce my own lessons using PowerPoint. I work on Microsoft Teams mainly but also have Zoom.
