Worked 1-1 with a number of students to embed learning form the classroom, this involved working through assigned work and breaking it down in to more understandable and achievable tasks. Gained an excellent understanding of how teachers can differentiate to meet student’s needs and also an appreciation that interventions can make to individual learners.
