I am an experienced musician and singer and have been on a long journey with my own voice to understand how to use it safely to express myself. I can help you with building your self-confidence as a singer, and help you overcome blockages with your voice. I like to work a lot with sounding and body exercises to help you relax and let your natural voice emerge on its own. I believe that singing is mostly about confidence and self-love, so my therapeutic sessions are part body-based and part focused on your thoughts and beliefs around singing.

I have been in several bands as a professionally performing musician and so can also help you issues like stage technique and performance anxiety.
